Experience with TAMM portal and authority approvals, including DMT, Abu Dhabi Civil Defense, ADDC, utility NOCs, building permits, and coordination of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) approvals.
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day tasks include preparing, reviewing, and submitting permit applications to relevant authorities, tracking approval statuses, and ensuring compliance with local codes, standards, and regulations.
- The role involves close coordination with project managers, MEP engineers, consultants, and government agencies to secure approvals within project timelines and to address any technical or administrative queries.
- The officer maintains accurate records of permits and approvals, updates project teams on regulatory requirements, and supports inspections and site visits by authorities.

With minimum 5 yrs relevant experience. A detail-oriented and experienced QA/QC Engineer to ensure that all construction activities comply with project specifications, approved drawings, quality standards, and UAE regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor the project's Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) procedures.
- Conduct inspections of civil, architectural, structural, and finishing works to ensure compliance with project specifications and approved drawings.
- Prepare and submit Inspection Requests (IRs) and coordinate inspections with consultants and clients.
- Review material submittals, method statements, and inspection and test plans (ITPs).
- Monitor site activities and identify non-conformities (NCRs), ensuring corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
